Job Summary

This hybrid role based in Ratingen focuses on the end-to-end development of high-impact data products with a production-first mindset. You will be responsible for building, refining, and validating production-ready Machine Learning models, such as Next-Best-Action engines, ensuring they meet rigorous infrastructure, performance, and security standards. A key part of the role involves collaborating with ML and Data Engineers to establish automated retraining pipelines and monitoring concepts. Beyond technical execution, you will translate complex algorithmic results into actionable business stories for stakeholders and leadership, helping to drive the strategic AI insights roadmap. The position offers a flexible 60/40 remote-office split and is available in both full-time and part-time capacities.
