As an IT Manager, you will take on both technical and disciplinary leadership of a four-person team, reporting directly to the executive management. Your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and evolve a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's business goals. This includes managing resources, infrastructure, and personnel while ensuring high system availability and efficient support processes. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing the current IT landscape, with a specific focus on cloud-based applications, AI solutions, and the implementation of cobot-based or semi-automated manufacturing processes. The role is unique for its blend of strategic planning, hands-on project management, and the opportunity to drive digital transformation within a production environment. You will act as a bridge between technology and business, ensuring that IT systems serve as a productive backbone for the entire organization rather than just a set of tools.

- Several years of professional experience within a production or manufacturing company
- Proven experience in leading and motivating technical teams, including managing heterogeneous team dynamics
- Extensive experience in managing and implementing ERP systems (ideally ProAlpha)
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing IT strategies in collaboration with executive leadership
- Practical experience in project management for IT infrastructure and software implementations
- Experience in modernizing legacy IT landscapes and transitioning to cloud-based environments
