Job Summary
As a Policy Advisor for the Bavarian Hospital Association (BKG), you will play a pivotal role in supporting 360 hospitals across Bavaria. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve advising hospitals on training finance and inpatient billing regulations under the KHEntgG and BPflV frameworks. You will manage the equalization fund according to § 17a KHG, assist with data transmission protocols under § 301 SGB V, and provide expert guidance on Medical Service (MD) audits. Required Skills
Education
University degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Business Administration with a focus on Hospital Management or Health Economics; or completed vocational training as a Healthcare Management Assistant.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in inpatient hospital billing
- Proven experience in the implementation and enforcement of hospital financing law (KHEntgG and BPflV)
- Experience with data transmission processes according to § 301 SGB V
- Professional experience in hospital controlling or a comparable healthcare administrative field
