IT Specialist and Agile Learning Facilitator | Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves guiding career changers through IT retraining programs using the eduScrum 2.0 framework and a hybrid learning model. As an Agile Coach and Learning Facilitator, you will support small teams of approximately five people, helping them develop professional competence through practical IT projects. Your daily activities will include moderating agile events such as Plannings, Dailies, and Retrospectives, as well as conducting technical workshops to deepen students' IT knowledge. This position is unique because it combines technical IT expertise with servant leadership, focusing on adult education rather than traditional software development. You will utilize open-source collaboration tools and a Linux-based infrastructure to make learning progress transparent.
