Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role involves the comprehensive technical management and maintenance of the Dessau-Mitte commercial park. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the upkeep of commercial properties, performing minor repairs, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure operational standards. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for tenants and coordinate external contractors for larger maintenance tasks. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in technical building services or facility management is preferred
- Proven experience in performing manual repairs and maintenance tasks
- Experience in coordinating and supervising external trade companies
- Experience in technical documentation and monitoring maintenance intervals

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Physical resilience and flexibility are necessary for site-based tasks. Role is based regionally in Dessau-Mitte with no overnight travel required.
