As an IT Infrastructure Expert, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous development of the Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Your daily operations will involve the administration and maintenance of critical systems including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Exchange, Group Policies, and NAS filers. You will also manage VMware ESXi environments alongside both Windows and Linux server systems to ensure high availability and performance. A significant portion of the role involves technical problem-solving within 2nd and 3rd-level support, alongside the planning and execution of security patches and system updates.
