Job Summary
As a Senior Software Developer in Berlin, you will join an interdisciplinary team of software engineers, UI/UX experts, and product owners to deliver high-end digital transformation projects. Your day-to-day involves conceptualizing complex software architectures and implementing them using agile methodologies like Scrum. You will be responsible for ensuring high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and clean code principles while utilizing DevOps practices to deliver value to end-users. This role is unique for its focus on self-organization and mentorship, as you will actively coach junior colleagues and help shape the company's technical direction. The position offers a high degree of flexibility, including the choice of work location and hours, within a culture that prioritizes lifelong learning and professional growth through internal tech talks and external conferences.
