Job Summary

FIZ Karlsruhe is seeking a Software Developer to join their team in Karlsruhe, focusing on the ICSD information service, a globally recognized database for inorganic crystal structures. In this role, you will be instrumental in the product development of ICSD, specifically working on user interface development using Java EE, RESTful Webservices, and JSF. A key responsibility will be assisting in the migration of the existing JSF framework to modern web frontend technologies like HTML5, Vue.js, or React.js. You will also extend the public ICSD RESTful API, maintain license management and authentication components, and develop/maintain administration and loading tools.
