Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Electrical Engineer responsible for the maintenance, inspection, repair, and improvement of medium and low-voltage electrical systems across a plant. Key responsibilities include overseeing timely execution and thorough documentation of maintenance activities, ensuring prompt resolution of technical malfunctions to maintain smooth operations, and acting as the Responsible Electrical Person (VEFK). The position also involves developing technical documentation and training materials, conducting training for electrical specialists, and providing leadership, guidance, and development for team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a structured, independent, and reliable work ethic, contributing to a stable and efficient operational environment within a family-owned company.
