Job Summary

This role involves building and leading a specialized IT Service and Operations team to ensure the seamless performance of the company's entire IT environment. As the Team Lead, you will take full responsibility for operational IT support, technical service desk development, and the management of IT assets, contracts, and licenses. A core part of the position includes implementing and refining service processes based on COBIT and ITIL 4 frameworks to drive continuous quality improvement.
