Job Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst at SOKA-BAU, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between finance and IT within the Finance and Risk department. Based in Rüsselsheim, your primary focus will be the holistic customization and strategic development of the SAP FS-CD module, specifically regarding account services and payment transactions. You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, evaluating their economic viability, and translating them into actionable user stories and solution concepts using process and data modeling (BPMN). Beyond conceptual work, you will oversee technical implementation, support testing phases, and perform backlog refinement in an agile environment. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or IT; alternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship combined with several years of relevant professional practice.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in functional or IT process and organizational topics
- Extensive experience in business analysis and process management
- Proven expertise in SAP FS-CD (dunning procedures, archiving)
- Experience in payment transactions and occupational pension schemes is highly desirable
- Experience with moderation and presentation techniques in a project context
