As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Germany's digital infrastructure by overseeing the installation and connection of modern FTTX/FTTH fiber optic networks and power grids. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring technical standards are met on-site, and managing the logistics of materials and machinery. You will be responsible for the entire construction lifecycle, from daily work preparation and scheduling to quality control and final documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in civil engineering or electrical work who enjoys high levels of autonomy. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in civil engineering, road construction, sewer construction, or the electrical sector; IHK certified Foreman (Polier) qualification is an advantage.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Construction Manager, Foreman, or Site Supervisor
- Practical experience in civil engineering, road construction, or sewer construction
- Proven experience in cable laying, cable pulling, or assembly projects
- Experience in managing project deadlines and technical documentation
