Job Summary
As an IT Team Lead at Süwag Gruppe, you will spearhead the digital transformation of HR processes by leading an interdisciplinary IT team. Your daily responsibilities involve the strategic management and operational oversight of the SAP H4S4 HR system landscape, including integrated systems like Oracle and SuccessFactors. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business departments, optimizing HR workflows and driving innovation through large-scale digitalization projects. Beyond technical oversight, you are responsible for budget management, resource planning, and steering external service providers to ensure high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for a leadership professional who thrives on autonomy and wants to play a pivotal role in the energy transition. You will provide expert consultancy to senior management on IT strategies, ensuring that the HR system architecture remains future-proof, secure, and highly efficient within a supportive and entrepreneurial corporate culture.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Multiple years of professional experience with SAP H4S4 systems, specifically focused on HR modules
- Several years of experience in leading teams and managing complex IT projects
- Proven track record in strategic thinking and structured, solution-oriented management
- Professional experience in HR process design and digital transformation
- Experience within the energy industry is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience communicating across all hierarchical levels
