Job Summary

As a Service Technician for Security Systems, you will join a dedicated service team focused on the maintenance and repair of safety systems, with a primary emphasis on Fire Alarm Systems (BMA). Operating in the greater Hamburg area, you will independently manage a client portfolio consisting of industrial and public sector organizations. Your daily responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients to identify their needs and relay them to the sales department. This role offers high levels of autonomy in scheduling and the opportunity to utilize digital services to add value for customers. You will be supported by mentoring during your onboarding, with potential future opportunities to coach new team members. Required Skills

Education

Experience
