This role involves managing quality control processes for a pharmaceutical company in Munich, specifically focusing on protein analytics for the release of biopharmaceuticals. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will plan and execute analytical parameters such as purity and identity testing within a GMP-regulated environment. Key responsibilities include method validation according to international guidelines (ICH, USP), equipment validation, and the creation of SOPs and validation reports in English. The position serves as a technical lead for staff and involves direct client consultation for project support. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Natural Sciences, preferably in Biochemistry, Biophysics, or Chemistry.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of protein analytics
  • Professional experience in planning and executing protein analytical parameters for biopharmaceutical release
  • Experience in method and equipment validation according to international guidelines
  • Experience in creating GMP-compliant documentation and reports in English
  • Experience in technical instruction or guidance of laboratory personnel
  • Experience in client consulting and project management
