As a Specialist Planner and Project Manager for Building Services Engineering, you will join an international architecture and engineering firm with a 25-year history. You will be responsible for managing diverse projects in industrial, commercial, and public sectors, ranging from new constructions to renovations and extensions. Your daily activities will span the entire project lifecycle according to HOAI phases, including planning, tendering, awarding contracts, construction supervision, and final handover. You will ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule while collaborating closely with internal teams in architecture and electrical engineering. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Supply Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or a similar field; alternatively, advanced training as a Technician in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning and management of building services projects
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or public sector construction projects
- Proven track record in independent project handling across all HOAI service phases
- Experience in construction site supervision and cost management
