Job Summary
As a Sales Planning and Master Data Specialist at Circle K in Berlin, you will play a critical role in managing the retail infrastructure for 1,200 service stations across Germany. Your daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating article master data within the JD Edwards ERP system, ensuring high data integrity, and serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting data issues. You will act as a key liaison between Category Managers, Finance, and Marketing to coordinate price adjustments, promotional campaigns, and supplier communications. Beyond routine data maintenance, you will drive process improvements, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contribute to data governance initiatives. This 2-year fixed-term position is ideal for analytical professionals who enjoy structured data management and cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field; or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an FMCG or Retail environment
- Professional experience in structured master data maintenance and data quality
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Category Management, Finance, and Marketing
- Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials
- Experience working with ERP systems, specifically JD Edwards is a plus
