Job Summary

As a Team Lead for Electrical Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence within an international engineering group. Your daily responsibilities involve the technical leadership and coordination of the electrical engineering team while remaining hands-on in development and customer projects. You will be responsible for designing and implementing control and electronics concepts, working in close collaboration with design, software development, and production departments. Beyond conceptual work, you will actively support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting phases. This position is ideal for a seasoned engineer who enjoys a mix of leadership and technical execution in the field of special-purpose machinery. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification (e.g., State-certified Technician or Master Craftsman with relevant experience).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or special-purpose machinery construction
  • Extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering
  • Proven experience in electrical design using EPLAN
  • Practical experience in PLC programming and/or microcontroller development
  • Experience in PCB design including layout and circuit development
  • Professional experience in technical team leadership and project coordination
