Job Summary

As an IT Support & Process Specialist at RLE INTERNATIONAL, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, handling 1st and 2nd level support requests. Your daily routine involves managing the full lifecycle of IT tickets—from initial recording and prioritization to documentation and escalation according to SLA guidelines. Beyond troubleshooting, you will play a key role in process optimization by creating service reports and actively contributing to the improvement of internal service workflows. You will also be responsible for user permission management and access rights administration. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with strong analytical skills who enjoys structured problem-solving. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Information Technology for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, specifically within 1st and 2nd level environments
  • Demonstrated experience working with ticket systems such as OTRS, ServiceNow, or Jira
  • Experience in managing user permissions and access rights administration
  • Proven track record in structured troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving
