Job Summary

This role is centered within the E/E Integration department, specifically focusing on diagnostics and programming for Group Aftersales. The successful candidate will manage requirements and issues for complete vehicles, modular systems, and components. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating diagnostic problems with cross-departmental partners, refining requirements with Key Account Managers and Project Leaders, and ensuring project goals are met regarding time, resources, and quality. You will act as a central point of contact, identifying weaknesses, initiating proactive improvements, and ensuring transparency across the development lifecycle. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and project coordination within a traditional motorsport environment. The role offers the chance to take full delivery responsibility for diagnostic tickets and requirements, ensuring all internal and external interfaces are aligned and project milestones are achieved effectively.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in vehicle development processes and project management
  • Proven experience in diagnostic and vehicle programming processes
  • Experience in aftersales processes within the automotive industry
  • Professional experience in managing cross-departmental interfaces and stakeholders
  • Experience with Group-specific tool landscapes and quality processes is preferred
