Job Summary

This role involves overseeing electrical safety, training, and qualification programs across locations in Berlin and Neuss. On a day-to-day basis, you will design and deliver both in-person and online technical training sessions, conduct oral examinations, and manage the maintenance and calibration of measurement equipment. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation, supporting the internal technical hotline, and evaluating DGUV safety testing protocols. This position is ideal for an electrical professional who enjoys knowledge transfer and technical compliance. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a similar qualification; Instructor aptitude certification (e.g., AEVO) is an advantage.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in testing and measurement technology is preferred
  • Experience in creating and conducting technical training sessions (online and in-person)
  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., Intrexx) and technical instruction writing
  • Experience in evaluating DGUV safety test protocols
