Job Summary

As an SE Team Leader in the E/E Development department, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of interior control units, including seat, steering wheel, and comfort functions. Your daily activities involve managing tenders, selecting suppliers, and overseeing the development and release of modular control units. You will play a critical role in the functional design and partitioning of hardware and software components. Working closely with the Module Leader, you will ensure project goals regarding technical properties, costs, weight, quality, and deadlines are met. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at managing critical interfaces through cooperative communication and teamwork within a traditional medium-sized motorsport environment. You will act as a central point of contact for international partners, steering supplier performance and ensuring high-quality electronic integration.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in hardware and software development for electronic control units (ECUs)
  • Experience in project management and supplier steering within an E/E environment
  • Experience with automotive bus systems such as CAN and LIN
  • Professional experience in functional design and partitioning of technical components
  • Experience working within automotive interior structures and processes is preferred
