Job Summary

This role focuses on the validation of interior modular software and functions within the automotive development process. You will be responsible for cross-interface coordination and defining the target image for software validation across specific components, including steering wheel heating, Hands-Off Detection, and various seat functions. Day-to-day activities involve defining necessary infrastructure such as Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and PC environments, creating comprehensive test strategies and test cases, and managing the procurement and acceptance of infrastructure scopes. You will also oversee or execute validation activities and report on the status of software maturity. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communication Technology, or a comparable engineering science.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of control unit/software development and/or validation
  • Professional experience in simulation, SiL methods, and automation
  • Experience in creating test cases and test strategies
  • Experience in managing external service providers and infrastructure procurement
  • Experience in technical reporting and status tracking
