Job Summary

This role involves leading the industrialization strategy for a site with a long-term vision, focusing on the pharmaceutical and life science sectors. The successful candidate will manage and develop a team of scientists and technicians, overseeing the scale-up and transfer of new production processes into GMP production until the first commercial batch. Key responsibilities include optimizing and monitoring production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, while also ensuring compliance with GMP standards and supporting audits and technology transfers. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Biotechnology or a related field, strong expertise in vaccine manufacturing, microbiology, cell culture, and bioprocess engineering, coupled with excellent project management skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
