Job Summary

As the Center Manager for CSL Plasma's new facility in Hamburg, you will be responsible for the comprehensive leadership and organizational management of a plasma collection center. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee operational workflows, manage personnel scheduling, and ensure the continuous operation of donation services. A critical component of the role involves production and cost control, ensuring that human plasma is collected, stored, and labeled in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
