Job Summary

As a Technical Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and trouble-free operation of building and energy systems across a massive 550,000 m² site, directly supporting high-efficiency production. Your daily responsibilities include managing diverse trades such as plumbing, water supply, roofing, flooring, fire extinguishing systems, and heat supply. You will ensure full regulatory compliance and legal safety of technical systems while translating strategic guidelines into operational measures. The role involves short, medium, and long-term planning, where you will manage costs, quality, and deadlines for various projects. You will act as a key liaison between planning offices, contractors, and production users, while also handling billing for third-party tenants. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Energy Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Supply Engineering, Facility Management, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the automotive industry and building operations or similar fields
  • Experience in managing technical trades such as plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems
  • Proven experience in implementing legal regulations and safety measures for technical plants
  • Experience in operational planning, budgeting, and scheduling for facility projects
  • Experience working with CAD and SAP RE-FX is desirable
