Job Summary

As an In-house Service Technician, you will serve as a primary technical advisor for partners, installers, and end customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve handling technical inquiries via a telephone hotline, providing remote diagnostics, and troubleshooting complex systems. You will play a critical role in the planning and commissioning of integrated energy systems (sector coupling) and will independently develop strategies to resolve recurring faults. Beyond direct support, you will collaborate closely with product management and quality departments to identify product weaknesses and improve overall reliability. This position is ideal for technical experts who enjoy problem-solving and customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician certification, Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or an equivalent qualification.

  • Proven track record in error analysis and developing remediation strategies
  • Experience in planning and commissioning complex technical systems
