This role is a critical position within Ahrtal Marketing GmbH, focused on the reconstruction and repair of infrastructure damaged by flood and heavy rain events in the Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler region. As a Civil Engineering Technician or Engineer, you will handle the day-to-day technical planning and oversight of road repair projects. Your responsibilities include identifying immediate measures, creating cost estimates, and managing the procurement process for planning and construction services. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Civil Engineering (Master, Bachelor, or Diploma) or a qualification as a State-Certified Technician specializing in Road Construction.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering or a related field
- Professional experience in cost estimation and budget monitoring for construction projects
- Experience in the management and billing of services from external service providers and construction companies
- Experience in handling public procurement and tendering processes for construction and engineering services
- Experience in coordinating with local residents, utility providers, and project stakeholders
