As a Team Leader Maintenance, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of technical systems. Your daily tasks will involve securing necessary permits and adhering to legal regulations, as well as meticulously planning, maintaining, and documenting maintenance and inspection schedules. A key part of your role will be coordinating with external inspection bodies and monitoring organizations, defining technical specifications, and overseeing external service providers. You will be responsible for analyzing malfunctions, resolving vulnerabilities, and leading or contributing to smaller projects and system modifications. Additionally, you will manage budget planning and control for your area of responsibility.
