Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing relationships with collection clinics for DKMS, an international non-profit dedicated to fighting blood cancer. As a Clinical Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining networks with existing collection centers, conducting process clarification meetings, and ensuring adherence to international quality standards such as WMDA and ZKRD. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and accompanying audits, developing quality benchmarks, and supporting the acquisition of new collection centers. You will also coordinate symposia and handle CAPA management regarding quality incidents.
