Job Summary
As a Software Developer at Lessmüller Lasertechnik, you will bridge the gap between software and physical hardware movement. Your daily responsibilities include programming software to control laser scanners using Scanlab control cards and optimizing GUI software using frameworks like wxWidgets and Qt to help customers create welding programs. You will also conceptualize and program software libraries for process sensor technology. This role is ideal for those who enjoy seeing their code manifest in real-world mechanical actions. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Physical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in software programming using C++
- Experience in the creation and maintenance of software libraries
- Experience in developing graphical user interfaces (GUI)
- Professional background in a technical field such as Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Physical Engineering
- Experience in customer-facing technical communication and user-centric software design
