This role involves the technical analysis and strategic planning of electrical power grids to support the ongoing energy transition. As a Grid Billing & Asset Management Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing grid calculations, evaluating network situations, and advancing strategic network planning. You will provide technical support for grid connections, reinforcements, and expansion projects, with a specific focus on integrating photovoltaics (PV) and charging infrastructure. Beyond operational tasks, you will be instrumental in developing cross-sector asset management strategies and optimizing processes for grid operations. This position is ideal for professionals with an electrical engineering background who are eager to drive future-oriented energy topics. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electronics/electrical engineering, Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician (Techniker), or a University degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical or energy technology
- Experience in project management within the energy sector is preferred
- Experience with photovoltaics and charging infrastructure is an advantage
- Background in grid operations and network analysis
