Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive technical support and administration of IT infrastructure for a major social welfare association in Munich. As an IT Support Technician, you will manage Microsoft Server environments, Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune, while ensuring the stability of network and security components such as firewalls and VoIP systems. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, procuring and setting up hardware, and managing inventory. Beyond maintenance, you will play a key role in IT projects, such as infrastructure planning for new buildings and expanding WLAN networks. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support
- Professional experience in Microsoft Server and Windows Domain environments
- Experience in network infrastructure and virtual server environments
- Experience in IT project planning and implementation (e.g., WLAN expansion, infrastructure setup)
