This role involves the comprehensive planning and management of complex municipal infrastructure projects in Fulda, Germany. As a Project Manager or Engineer, you will handle all phases of the HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers), focusing on the construction, renovation, and rehabilitation of utility systems including water, wastewater, gas, electricity, district heating, and telecommunications. Your daily responsibilities will include cross-disciplinary project steering, coordinating with regulatory authorities and utility companies, preparing quantity surveys, and overseeing construction site management.
