Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Continuous Improvement Manager who will be instrumental in establishing and promoting continuous improvement processes across all departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing employees through training and workshops on Lean Management methodologies, as well as initiating and overseeing projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality. A key part of the role involves defining and implementing standards (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on Lean principles, and rolling out best practices from pilot projects across the entire site.
