Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician for Munich and Southern Bavaria, you will be the primary point of contact for technical hardware and software issues at client locations. Your daily responsibilities include performing maintenance on PCs, laptops, and printers, as well as troubleshooting network and Windows workstation errors. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of workplace setups, from installing new hardware to decommissioning old systems and migrating user data. Beyond technical tasks, you will provide user training and document all activities within ticketing systems. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy a mix of technical problem-solving and direct customer interaction. The position offers an attractive salary above standard tariff agreements, up to 30 days of vacation, and the stability of a permanent contract with a leading German IT service provider managing over 600,000 workstations globally.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronic Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting notebooks, printers, and mobile devices
  • Practical experience working with Active Directory and user permissions
  • Experience in hardware installation and workplace setup
  • Proven track record in customer service and technical communication

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license (PKW Führerschein) required for travel within Munich and Southern Bavaria.
