Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct technical support for hardware and software issues at client locations. Your daily activities will include setting up, installing, and configuring workstations, as well as providing user instruction. You will analyze and resolve malfunctions in desktop systems, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. Additionally, you will perform basic network troubleshooting and support large-scale rollouts and office moves. The position requires meticulous documentation within ticket and asset management systems.
