As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct hardware and software support at the customer's location. Your daily activities involve setting up, configuring, and installing workstations, including the integration of Microsoft Teams telephony systems. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining various hardware components, and managing media technology. Additionally, you will oversee asset management and warehouse logistics for client hardware. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in handling standard hardware including desktops, notebooks, and peripherals
  • Proven track record in onsite technical problem analysis and resolution
  • Experience in asset and warehouse management for IT equipment
