Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and consolidating all planning components for annual and medium-term corporate planning within a significant water management company. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage planning processes, moderate planning sessions, and create draft plans. A major focus of the position is the automation and optimization of data processes; you will develop sophisticated Excel VBA macros and SQL queries to extract, validate, and merge technical and commercial data for reporting and forecasting. You will also support management and controlling processes through automated data preparation and KPI generation. Required Skills
Education
Completed University of Applied Sciences degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a comparable qualification.
Experience

- Professional experience in automating and optimizing data processes using VBA and SQL
- Experience in moderating planning rounds and using professional presentation techniques
- Proven track record of working with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
