Job Summary
As the Facility Management Lead for the Alloheim Senior Residences in Trier, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of residents by overseeing all technical operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the proactive monitoring, maintenance, and repair of technical systems both inside and outside the facility. You will lead the facility management team, coordinate with external contractors, and ensure strict compliance with legal standards and accident prevention regulations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an electrical trade and/or certified qualification as a qualified electrician (Elektrofachkraft).
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable leadership or facility management position is preferred
- Practical experience in the maintenance and repair of technical building systems
- Proven experience in team coordination and managing external service providers
- Demonstrated competency in social and communication skills within a professional setting
