As a Customer Service Representative for Telematics Infrastructure, you will serve as the primary point of contact for ophthalmologists and clinics using FIDUS digital solutions. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level software support, managing incoming tickets, and conducting online application consulting. You will be responsible for training users on new software modules and performing individual adjustments via remote maintenance.
