As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations for clients across the Berlin metropolitan area. Your daily activities will include setting up and configuring workstations, supporting hardware rollouts, and maintaining a wide range of standard and specialized hardware such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. You will also manage equipment inventory through asset management systems and track all service requests using a ticketing system. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in customer service within a field service or user support environment
  • Experience in the installation, replacement, and support of standard and specialized IT hardware
  • Experience in documenting and tracking support tickets
  • Experience in inventory and asset management of IT equipment

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license is mandatory. Must be willing to travel within the Greater Berlin area for onsite client support.
