Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive maintenance and administration of the IT infrastructure at the Institute for Civil Engineering. You will be responsible for managing a diverse environment including Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, and Linux systems across two nearby locations. Day-to-day tasks include providing first and second-level support to students and faculty, maintaining computer laboratories, and managing server hardware and software. Additionally, you will assist with media technology, procurement, and inventory processes. This position is particularly attractive due to its location 'by the sea' and the stability of a public service contract (TV-L).
