Job Summary
As the Head of Telecommunications Services, you will take full functional and organizational responsibility for a central customer advisory team within the KRZ.Telkom business unit. Your day-to-day role involves leading and developing a high-performing team focused on service quality, customer orientation, and sustainable growth. You will bridge the gap between operational customer proximity and strategic vision, ensuring professional advice for both new and existing clients regarding modern telecommunications solutions. Key responsibilities include steering new customer acquisition through various channels, optimizing internal processes for efficiency and transparency, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
