Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Dipl. Verwaltungswirt/in FH), completion of the Administrative Specialist Course II (Angestelltenlehrgang II), or a comparable qualification. A degree in Climate Protection, Transformation Studies, Urban/Regional Planning, or a related field is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management
- Professional experience in a municipal or public sector context is preferred
- Experience in systemic communication, mediation, or advanced communication techniques is desirable
- Practical knowledge of tendering and procurement processes
