Job Summary

As the Senior Manager IT Security & LISO for Porsche Lifestyle, you will take strategic responsibility for the development and management of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with TISAX standards. Your daily activities will involve ensuring IT security compliance within retail and automotive business processes, managing incident response, and conducting internal and external audits. You will act as a key consultant for IT projects, providing technical security clearances and overseeing training programs to raise security awareness across the organization. This role is unique for its blend of high-level strategic governance and hands-on operational management within a prestigious luxury lifestyle brand. You will work closely with group-wide security, data protection, and compliance teams to synchronize security measures while managing external service providers. The position offers significant creative freedom and responsibility within a flat hierarchy and a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in IT, Information Security, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification (relevant long-term professional experience may be considered as an equivalent).

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in information security, preferably in automotive or complex retail IT environments
  • Extensive experience with security standards and practices (e.g., CISM, CISA certifications preferred)
  • Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and external partners
  • Professional experience in strategic and operational security assessment
  • Experience in managing authorization and access systems
