Job Summary
This role, based in Passau, involves managing and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure while serving as a primary point of contact for technical support. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle incident reports, monitor IT systems, and document solutions within a ticketing system. Technical responsibilities include managing network issues across LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments, configuring mobile devices via MDM tools, and supporting client telephony. You will also be responsible for hardware procurement and ensuring the continuous operation of the network. Required Skills
Education

- Practical experience with Proxmox, Active Directory, and Terminal Services
- Experience in hardware procurement and asset management
- Professional experience using IT ticketing systems and support documentation
- Experience in network troubleshooting and mobile device configuration
