Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global automotive supplier at their modern 8,500sqm production facility in Kirchroth. As a Quality Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in the manufacturing of HVAC systems and injection-molded components for a major regional car manufacturer. Your daily responsibilities will involve overseeing assembly line quality (IPQC), performing root cause analyses using 5-Why and Fishbone methods, and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). You will also handle Measurement System Analysis (MSA), track non-quality costs (NQC), and ensure adherence to ESD and cleanliness standards. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys shaping production processes from the ground up within a worldwide network of 29 plants. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in process quality engineering
  • Professional experience with common manufacturing processes such as injection molding and assembly
  • Proven experience applying quality methodologies including 5-Why, 8D, and MSA
  • Experience in the automotive supply industry or plastics manufacturing
