Job Summary
As a Sales Operations Specialist for Data Analytics & EDI at Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlhandel GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in establishing data-driven decision-making processes for a leading European steel and technology group. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating comprehensive sales reports, identifying market trends, and developing KPIs and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud to measure performance. You will act as a strategic interface between Sales, Purchasing, Controlling, and IT, providing actionable insights for pricing and volume planning. Additionally, you will lead project management for EDI interface implementation with customers and suppliers, utilizing tools like Jira. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in Sales Excellence, Market Intelligence, Controlling, or Data Analytics
- Practical experience in data extraction and analysis using SAP ERP
- Experience in project management, specifically within IT or interface environments
- Proven experience in data visualization, ideally with SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira
