Job Summary
As a Senior Data Scientist within the Global Consumer Alliance at HelloFresh, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer-centricity across the organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying full-stack scalable machine learning models that transform unstructured feedback into actionable sentiment insights. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to build GenAI systems, personalizing customer compensation models, and enhancing both automated and agent-led support interactions.
